Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: October 11, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Thruline Studio, including its collaborative production workspace, AI-assisted tools, media generation features, and related services.
Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Tio Magic Company, doing business as Thruline Studio ("Thruline," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the Services, creating an account, or selecting Continue with Google after being shown links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that organization.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for professional and business creative work and are not directed to children. You may use the Services only where their use is lawful and available.
The Services
Thruline Studio is a collaborative workspace for writing and importing scripts, organizing creative materials, planning Scenes and Sequences, generating and reviewing media, using AI-assisted agents, and exporting project files. Features may be experimental, incomplete, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We do not promise that every feature, model, provider, or output format will always be available.
Accounts and security
Access currently uses Google authentication. You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your Google account secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate project roles to collaborators. You may not share credentials or use another person’s account without authorization.
User Content and permissions
"User Content" includes scripts, notes, prompts, messages, comments, images, video, audio, source documents, project metadata, and other material you or your collaborators submit to the Services. You retain your ownership rights in User Content.
You grant Thruline a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, display, adapt, modify, and otherwise process User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the Services; carry out your requested exports and AI operations; and comply with law. This license ends when the applicable content is deleted from our systems, except for limited backup, legal, security, and recordkeeping retention described in the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you own User Content or have all permissions needed for us and our service providers to process it as described here. This includes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, voice, likeness, and other rights, plus valid consent from people depicted or recorded. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated information unless you are authorized to do so and the Services are appropriate for that information.
AI features and provider processing
When you request an AI feature, we may send the prompt and relevant project context, reference media, documents, or other User Content to configured providers such as Google Gemini, Fal, or Replicate. Providers process that material under their applicable API terms, privacy commitments, model licenses, safety rules, and retention practices. A provider may reject or moderate a request.
Thruline does not use User Content to train or fine-tune AI models and does not operate a training pipeline based on User Content. This commitment describes Thruline’s own use. Third-party providers may retain and process requests as permitted by their terms and our configuration, including for security, abuse prevention, service operation, and aggregated usage analysis.
Generated Output and commercial use
Subject to these Terms and applicable provider or model terms, you may use Generated Output for personal or commercial purposes. As between you and Thruline, and to the extent Thruline has any transferable rights in an output, Thruline assigns those rights to you. You remain responsible for determining whether an output can be protected, published, licensed, or commercially used in your jurisdiction.
AI systems may produce inaccurate, offensive, biased, incomplete, non-unique, or legally restricted material. Similar output may be generated for others, and output may not qualify for copyright or other protection. We do not clear output for copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, defamation, or other rights. Review and verify output before relying on, publishing, or distributing it.
Collaboration and sharing
Project owners can invite other people as collaborators. Depending on their role, collaborators may view, edit, export, generate from, or delete project content. Live cursors, comments, presence, and edits may identify collaborators to one another. You are responsible for choosing collaborators, managing access, and understanding that content shared into a project is available to its authorized members. When you explicitly publish a Personal or Team Portfolio, you authorize public display of its published profile, contact details, links, and works. Draft edits stay private until you publish an update. Only publish material and contact information you are authorized to share publicly.
Generation credits
Some generation features require sufficient service credits. Credits are limited service units, not money or property; they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold or redeemed. Estimates and required credit holds may change with model or provider costs. Thruline does not currently sell credits through the Services. If paid offerings are introduced, applicable pricing and additional payment terms will be presented before purchase.
Acceptable use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable provider rules. You must not use, attempt to use, or help another person use the Services to:
- Violate a law, regulation, court order, or legally binding obligation.
- Infringe, misappropriate, or violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
- Create or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, credible threats, targeted harassment, or content that facilitates serious physical harm.
- Impersonate, defraud, deceive, or create misleading synthetic media without disclosures or consent required by law.
- Introduce malware; probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass the Services; access data without authorization; or interfere with another user.
- Circumvent safety controls, reverse engineer restricted models or systems, extract model weights or training data, or use outputs to build a competing model where prohibited.
- Make automated high-impact decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, legal rights, medical care, or similarly sensitive matters without qualified human review and all legally required safeguards.
Third-party services and models
The Services depend on third-party authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, AI models, and other infrastructure. Your use of a model or integration may be subject to additional third-party terms and licenses. Thruline does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, or independent conduct. Links to third-party sites do not constitute endorsement.
Copyright and rights complaints
If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright or other rights, email admin@tiomagic.com with your contact information, identification of the protected work or right, the location of the material, a good-faith statement explaining the issue, and evidence that you are authorized to act. We may remove or restrict material and may request additional information.
Changes to and availability of the Services
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, models, storage limits, credit requirements, or the Services. The Services may experience outages, delays, data loss, provider failures, or generation errors. Keep independent copies of important material and export projects when appropriate. We do not guarantee continuous availability or preservation of any particular model or feature.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion by emailing admin@tiomagic.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to maintain account security, abuse credits or providers, or if continued service is no longer practicable. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export content. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law.
Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THRULINE AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THRULINE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, CONTENT, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. This exclusion does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not establish an aggregate dollar cap on otherwise recoverable direct damages.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thruline and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your unlawful or unauthorized use of Generated Output, your violation of another person’s rights, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Thruline’s own unlawful conduct.
Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you and Thruline will attempt in good faith for 30 days to resolve it through admin@tiomagic.com. Unresolved disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive participation in a class action where one is otherwise permitted.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, security, or business practices. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice when reasonably practicable. Changes apply prospectively. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Thruline concerning the Services unless a separate written agreement applies. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Services.
