Portfolios

Build a personal or Team portfolio, choose what to publish, and share your work with visitors.

Create Your Portfolio

A portfolio belongs to you or to a Team. Your first draft is private, and opening the editor does not create or publish a profile.

  1. Open Settings and choose Public profile. Team Admins can also choose Team profile from their Team settings.

  2. Use Profile owner to select your Personal profile or a Team you administer, then choose Create public profile.

  3. In Profile, enter your Public display name and Handle. Add an optional image, Headline, About text, Public email, and up to six HTTPS links.

  4. Wait for Saved. Preview opens your private draft so you can check its appearance before publishing.

The Profile owner selector keeps personal and Team identities separate; Profile contains the identity and contact fields.

Profile images are optional. Without an image, your profile shows your name without a placeholder avatar.

Add and Arrange Work

Each portfolio can show up to ten works in your chosen order. A work contains one image or one YouTube video; a profile with no works can still be published.

  1. Choose Work, then Add work. Select Image or YouTube video and give the work a Title.

  2. For an image, upload a still JPEG, PNG, or WebP no larger than 4 MiB and add an Image description. For video, enter a YouTube URL; an uploaded poster image is optional.

  3. Choose Add to draft or Save changes. Wait for Saved, then use Move up, Move down, or Move to top to arrange the works.

  4. Check the Visitor preview. Removing a published work from the draft takes effect on the public page only after Update publication or Unpublish profile.

Work lists the ordered images and videos, their draft/publication state, and controls for adding, editing, and moving each entry.

Publish and Share

Saving a draft does not change your public page. Publication copies the saved version you review, including its visible contact information and ordered works.

  1. Choose Publish for the first publication, or Update publication to replace an existing public version.

  2. Review the selected profile and works. Confirm your rights to share the content and that the portfolio and contact details will be public, then confirm publication.

  3. Use View public page from More portfolio actions, then Share or Copy link. Visitors can open your published portfolio without signing in.

The publication dialog shows the exact saved profile being published and requires explicit rights and public-visibility acknowledgements.

Share your portfolio’s direct link with visitors. The Marketplace directory is not currently linked from public navigation; your published portfolio is still public.

ControlWhat it does
DraftSaved privately. Visitors cannot see this version.

Published · unpublished changesThe public version is unchanged while you edit the private draft.
Unpublish profileWithdraw the public page and keep your editable draft.
Delete profileWithdraw the public page immediately and start removing the profile and its images. The published handle remains reserved.
Changed elsewhereAnother edit was saved. Copy local text before Reload latest; reloading replaces your local changes.

Share Guest Access

Your public profile can include up to six guest links to live project views. Personal profiles use personal projects, and Team profiles use that Team’s projects. Visitors can open the selected views without an account and leave feedback using the existing guest review experience.

  1. In Settings → Public profile → Profile, find Guest access and choose Add guest link.

  2. Choose a project. Add an existing active link, or choose Create Guest Link, select one episode, its allowed views and any Script or Notes documents, then choose an expiration.

  3. Give the link a title and optional short description. Use Move up or Move down to set its position, then check Preview.

  4. Choose Publish or Update publication and review the guest links in the confirmation. Visitors see them under Step inside the work on your profile.

Guest access is edited alongside your profile and appears as a dedicated section on the published page. Adding a link does not publish it immediately.
